Our oven has wheels!

We serve hand-made, Neopolitan-style pizza at area gatherings and events. Starting by hand-stretching our signature dough crafted from 100% Carolina Ground stone-milled flour, your pizza is made-to order and baked while you watch and interact with the bakers.

As with all our fare, we use only premium ingredients. Top-quality whole-milk mozzarella and locally-crafted cheeses. Local and seasonal vegetables and fungi when possible. Sausage and charcuterie from local farms and processors. Only the best.
